It served us faithfully from my elementary school days right through to junior high-never breaking down once. Eventually, once color televisions became available, we retired it to storage. Years later, while tidying up the house back home, I stumbled upon that old TV set again; seeing it flooded me with childhood memories. It reminded me of the tremendous changes China has undergone over the past three decades-of the immense growth and development of our great motherland. Yet, one thing remains constant: the spirit of "Made in China." In its heyday, the Panda TV entered thousands of households, earning the trust of an entire generation and becoming a cherished memory of an era. We have preserved that same sense of solidity-that same commitment to trustworthy quality-to this very day.
