What Buyers Are Asking About Our Bluetooth Trackers
Recently, we have received an increasing number of inquiries from overseas buyers about our Bluetooth tracking devices.
The questions are becoming more specific.
Buyers are no longer asking only:
"What is the price?"
They are also asking:

Are Your Trackers GPS Trackers or Bluetooth Trackers?
This is one of the first questions we clarify with buyers.
Our current tracker product line consists of Bluetooth trackers.
Bluetooth trackers and GPS trackers should not be treated as the same type of product.
For buyers, it is important to understand the tracking technology and ecosystem of the selected model before comparing prices or planning a private-label project.
Different models can be developed for different platform requirements and application scenarios.
This is why we normally recommend confirming the target market, device ecosystem and intended application before moving to the next stage.
Do You Have Trackers Supporting Both Apple and Google?
For example, our S10 Dual model supports:
Apple Find My + Google Find Hub
This has also become one of the topics buyers ask about most frequently.
However, there is an important point:
"Compatible with" and "properly authorized for platform access" should not automatically be treated as the same thing.
For Apple Find My, the relevant authorization information for the S10 Dual can be verified through Apple's official system using the corresponding product information.
Google Find Hub uses a different verification mechanism and does not provide the same type of public certificate lookup system as Apple.
The S10 Dual has obtained the corresponding authorization and supports connection to the Google Find Hub network.
Without the required platform authorization, a device cannot simply be assumed to access the corresponding finding network and operate normally.
For professional buyers, we therefore recommend checking platform support and authorization status, rather than comparing products only by appearance and unit price.
Is the Bluetooth Tracker Waterproof?
Another frequent question concerns water resistance.
The S10 has an IPX6 water-resistance test report and related documentation in accordance with IEC 60529.
This is particularly relevant when trackers are intended for everyday applications such as bags, luggage, keys or pet-related accessories.
For professional purchasing projects, we recommend checking the test documentation applicable to the specific model rather than relying only on a waterproof claim on a product page.
Can We Put Our Own Brand on the Tracker?
This is another common request from importers and private-label buyers.
Because we are the manufacturer, we can support OEM and ODM projects according to the confirmed order requirements.
For example, a customer's logo can be printed directly on the tracker body.

Does Every Order Need a Retail Color Box?
No.
This is actually a very practical question we recently discussed with buyers.
Some customers need a complete retail package because the tracker will go directly into their sales channels after import.
In this case, a retail color box can be prepared according to the project requirements.
Other customers may combine our tracker with another product in their own country and complete the final retail packaging locally.
In this situation, shipping unnecessary retail boxes from China may increase packaging volume and logistics costs without adding real value.
A simpler solution can therefore be considered.
For example, each tracker can be placed separately in a protective tray, keeping the products apart and helping prevent scratches or impact during transportation.
The customer can then complete the final branded retail packaging locally.
This is why packaging should not always be treated as a fixed part of the product.
The packaging solution should match the customer's actual sales model.
What Is the MOQ?
For the current project configuration discussed above:
MOQ: 500 pcs
We understand that buyers need to control the risk of launching a new product.
Therefore, before entering mass production, samples can be used to evaluate the product's appearance, functions, platform connection and actual user experience.
The project can then move to logo, packaging and other customization details after the product configuration has been confirmed.
Have You Exported Bluetooth Trackers to Türkiye Before?
Yes.
We have previous experience exporting Find My Bluetooth tracking products to Türkiye.
Based on our actual shipment experience, battery-related transportation documentation needs to be prepared for this type of battery-powered tracker, and we can provide the relevant available documents to support shipment.
Import and customs requirements can vary depending on the product configuration, shipment method and the customer's local customs arrangements.
Therefore, if the buyer's importer, freight forwarder or customs broker requests additional documentation for a specific shipment, we recommend confirming these requirements with us before production and shipment.
