Official Statement: Low MOQ Does Not Mean Dropshipping – A Message to Our Global Buyers

Dear Customers and Business Partners,

At Yantai Zhicheng Technology Co., Ltd., we have always believed that every successful pet products business starts somewhere. Some of our customers are established importers and distributors, while others are just beginning their journey in the pet industry.

This is why we offer a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as low as one unit for selected products.

However, we have recently realized that this policy may have caused some confusion among potential buyers.

Today, we would like to make one important clarification:

We are a pet products factory and wholesale supplier. We do not provide dropshipping or individual order fulfillment services.

Why Do We Offer an MOQ of Just One Unit?

Our low MOQ policy was introduced with a simple purpose: to support new buyers entering the pet products industry.

We understand that starting a new business involves risks. Before committing to larger orders, buyers may want to examine product quality, test functionality, understand customer preferences, and evaluate market demand.

We are happy to support this process.

For selected products, buyers can start with just one unit for product evaluation or market testing, without immediately committing to a large wholesale order.

Our low MOQ is intended to make product sourcing easier, not to operate as a dropshipping service.

Why We Do Not Offer Dropshipping

As a factory, our daily work is focused on what we do best: developing, manufacturing, inspecting, and supplying pet products.

Our team spends its time improving product designs, reviewing production processes, maintaining factory equipment, controlling product quality, and preparing shipments for customers around the world.

With our regular production schedules and daily shipping operations, we simply do not have the resources to process individual consumer orders on behalf of online sellers.

Dropshipping requires a different operating system, including individual order processing, consumer packaging, direct-to-customer delivery, and ongoing retail fulfillment management.

These are not the services our factory is designed to provide.

We prefer to concentrate our resources on product development, manufacturing quality, and reliable supply for our wholesale customers.

An Apology for Any Misunderstanding

We would also like to sincerely apologize to buyers and business partners around the world who may have misunderstood our services.

If any of our previous product descriptions, MOQ information, or website content suggested that we support dropshipping, we apologize for the confusion.

This was never our intention.

We will review our website and product listings and make the necessary corrections to ensure our purchasing terms and service capabilities are communicated clearly.

We believe clear information is the foundation of a good business relationship.

We Still Welcome Small and Growing Businesses

Although we do not provide dropshipping, our doors remain open to new entrepreneurs, small importers, online store owners, and growing pet product brands.

We welcome buyers who wish to:

Purchase samples to evaluate our products.

Test selected products before placing wholesale orders.

Build their own inventory and distribution channels.

Develop long-term OEM and ODM cooperation as their businesses grow.

Whether you are testing your first pet product or managing an established distribution business, we are happy to discuss a suitable factory supply arrangement.

Thank You for Your Understanding

We sincerely appreciate the trust and interest we receive from customers around the world.

We will continue focusing on our products, our designs, our manufacturing facilities, and the quality of every shipment leaving our factory.

Low MOQ is our way of supporting new buyers. Manufacturing and wholesale supply remain our core business. Dropshipping is not part of our services.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
