Why Do We Make So Many NEO Models?

This is actually a question we often get from buyers when they first see our NEO collection.

The answer is quite simple:

The core functions are similar, but the designs are different.

Our NEO range is built around the same enclosed automatic litter box platform. Across the series, we keep the main functions that matter in daily use, including automatic cleaning, APP control and multi-sensor safety protection.

What we change between models is mainly the exterior design, front panel, cat-ear styling, leg or base structure, product height and available color combinations.

Why do we do this?

Because the products we sell to different markets do not always need to look the same.

Some of our customers prefer a simple white enclosed design. Some prefer the cat-ear version because it looks more obviously like a pet product. Others want darker colors or a more integrated body design.

So instead of making only one NEO and asking every customer to sell it, we keep several designs available.

Our customers can choose the NEO that better matches their own market.

 

 

When a customer asks us which NEO model is better, we normally do not answer that one is simply "better" than another.

We first look at which design the customer prefers and which one fits the target market better.

Here are the main NEO designs we currently offer.

NEO-A-------Classic Enclosed Design

 

NEO-A uses our classic enclosed body design with separate legs and the round front control panel.

If a customer prefers a clean and straightforward enclosed appearance, this is one of the models we normally show first.

NEO-AE------Cat-Ear Enclosed Design

NEO-AE keeps the same enclosed product concept but adds the cat-ear top design.

It also uses the round front control panel.

For customers who want the product to look more immediately recognizable as a pet product, this design gives a different visual direction from NEO-A.

NEO-B----Dark Front Design

NEO-B uses the same round control panel as NEO-A and NEO-AE, but the darker front gives the machine a noticeably different appearance.

We normally include this model when a buyer wants to compare lighter and darker product styles.

NEO-C----Clean Front Design

NEO-C removes the large round front control panel and gives the front of the machine a simpler appearance.

The main NEO cleaning and safety functions remain, but visually it gives buyers another option.

NEO-CE------Cat-Ear Clean Front Design

NEO-CE combines the cat-ear top with the cleaner front design.

When a customer likes the cat-ear appearance but does not want the round front control panel, this is one of the models we can compare.

NEO-MAX---Integrated Body Design

NEO-MAX takes the NEO appearance in another direction.

Instead of the separate-leg structure used on NEO-A and NEO-C, it uses a more integrated lower-body design.

This also changes the overall height and appearance of the machine.

NEO-MAXE----Cat-Ear Integrated Design

NEO-MAXE combines the integrated MAX body with the cat-ear top.

It is another option we can show when a customer likes the MAX structure but wants a more pet-oriented exterior.

NEO-MAX-1 is an OEM product customized for one of our customers.

 

Since the main functions are shared across the range, we think the easiest way to compare NEO models is to look at the parts that actually change.

 

If you are comparing two or three NEO models, send us the model numbers. We can put the corresponding specifications, colors and loading information together for you instead of asking you to compare several separate documents yourself.

 

Although the exterior changes, we do not want our customers to give up the main NEO functions simply because they choose another design.

For us, the point of having several NEO models is more design choice-not making the basic operation unnecessarily different from model to model.

NEO-A, NEO-AE and NEO-B use this round front control panel.

From the panel, users can access the corresponding operating functions such as automatic mode, manual mode, cleaning, emptying, reset and network settings.

 

 

When customers ask us about an automatic litter box, safety is usually one of the first things we discuss.

For the NEO range, the safety structure shown here is not a feature reserved for only one model.

We use the safety protection across the NEO series.

The system combines several detection methods rather than depending on only one sensor.

●Weight / Gravity Detection

We use weight sensing to detect the presence of the cat and control machine operation accordingly.

●Entrance Infrared Detection

Infrared detection around the entrance monitors the area where the cat enters and exits.

●Bottom Infrared Detection

Additional infrared sensing at the bottom provides another detection layer around the machine.

●Magnetic / Position Detection

The corresponding magnetic detection structure helps confirm the position and operating status of relevant components.

●Motor Protection

Protection against abnormal resistance is also built into the operating system.

We prefer multiple layers of detection because an automatic litter box operates around a living animal, not an empty machine.

 

Because our customers do not all sell to the same consumers.

This is something we see directly from the projects we handle.

Some buyers prefer a simple white enclosed model.

Some prefer the cat-ear design.

Some ask us for darker combinations.

Others care more about whether the body has separate legs or a more integrated appearance.

The core cleaning function may be similar, but what catches a consumer's eye in a store or on an e-commerce page can be very different from one market to another.

That is why we keep several NEO designs instead of reducing the range to one appearance.

For a new market, our customer can first test the designs that fit the intended positioning.

After actual sales begin, the next order can be adjusted according to real feedback.

Choose the designs closest to your target positioning first, evaluate the actual products, and then use market feedback to decide the next order.

Our technical and production teams can evaluate the project separately as OEM development.

We prefer to confirm what can actually be produced before promising a customization to our customer.

 

For a first cooperation, we do not think a buyer should decide everything from our catalogue alone.
